Your Work is a Great Reason to 'Experience Africa'

Indlovu Bush Camp - Be There, Do That

Rhino Mercy provides short term stay opportunities “voluntourism in the bush” to experience the beauty and awe of the environment that supports the rhinoceros as well as the rest of the Big Five (Elephant, Rhinoceros, Lion, Leopard, and Cape Buffalo).  We can recommend bush camp and lodge operators located in the Olifants West Nature Reserve, a region within the Balule Nature Reserve situated within the Greater Kruger National Park.  The secured private reserve offers an ideal setting to provide the visitor a wide range of quality African bush experiences including unique issues of managing a big game reserve and life as a mega-herbivore.

Nonwane Research House

Rhino Mercy has partnered with Transfrontier Africa NPC to advance scientific knowledge and the development of new theories concerning anthropological values of ecosystems and their influence on the relationship between man and the environment.  As most sub-species of the Rhino are now considered extinct or extinct in the wild, an understanding of all influences on the survival of the remaining species is paramount.  We believe a multi-disciplinary understanding of the variables that influence preservation from both social and environmental sciences is critical to our success.  Our partnership with Transfrontier Africa provides university students and faculty an opportunity to conduct their environmental field work at our research camp located in the Balule Nature Reserve, Greater Kruger National Park, South Africa.
